I’ve been a chiropractor for over five years, and I’m very excited about this next step in my career! After graduating from the National University of Health Sciences in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of working in some high-performance clinics. During this time, I’ve treated a wide range of people from busy parents and athletes in MLB, MLS, and NCAA, to those who’ve never seen a chiropractor before.

Growing up, I played ice hockey and baseball, and that competitive nature has stuck with me. It’s what pushed me to push myself to learn as much as I could in chiropractic school and led me to take on the Chattanooga Ironman triathlon in 2022. This was one of the toughest, most humbling, but also one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had.

I believe how you fuel and take care of your body is the best long-term investment you can make! Getting older or being injured doesn’t mean slowing down; it means learning how to heal properly and becoming more resilient for the next time you’re challenged.

A few fun facts about me: I’ve been a diehard University of Michigan football fan since I was 12, Go Blue! My favorite vacation spot so far has been the Bahamas. The day I graduated chiropractic school, I shot a personal best, 74, at Arrowhead Golf Club. I really enjoy cycling on my road bike and spending time outdoors. But nothing beats the time I spend with my family, friends, and my dog Stanley (yep, named after the Stanley Cup!).
